4 Bears Casino & Lodge Music Fest Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations have been adopted  to conform to the needs of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation and all its entities to include and not limited  to the Four Bears Casino and Lodge  Park and Recreational Area.

These park use rules apply in all those areas which are under control of or are operated by the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.

Rules Enforcement Policy
All rules of the Three Affiliated Tribes will be enforced within the park boundries. Individuals violating these rules will receive either a verbal or written warning, an administrative complaint, a criminal complaint and warrant or summons, or loss of park privileges.

Public Behavior
The hours between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. CDT are designated as quiet hours.

Limitation of Occupancy

  1. Vehicle permits purchased with camping permits are valid until noon on the date of expiration.
  2. Only one camping unit with a maximum of six person or the immediate family members shall be permitted on each designated single campsite except with the permission of the park manager.
  3. Children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult in order to occupy a campsite in the park.
  4. No camping unit may be left unattended for more than twenty four hours without written permission from the park manager.

Camping and Camping Equipment

  1. A person may only camp in areas designated as campsites.
  2. No person may take, or attempt to take, possession of a campsite when it is occupied or when informed that such site is occupied campsite, or when the site is posted with a “Reserved sign”.
  3. All non-reserved campsites are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Campers must immediately establish an occupied campsite following purchase of a camping permit, unless special provisions are made with park officials.
  4. All camping sites are restricted to one camping unit per campsite unless designated as a multiple or group camping area.

Park Roads, Trails and Vehicle Use

  1. All traffic control rules and signs posted within the park, including those located at park entrance must be obeyed.
  2. No person may operate any vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, minibikes, bicycles, mountain trail bikes, mopeds, motorcycles, trail bikes, snowmobiles, and all-terrain vehicles beyond the roads and trails built and maintained for the operation of vehicles.
  3. No person may park any vehicle, camper or trailer in any area not specifically designated for parking.

Fires
No person may build a fire outside of stoves, grills, fireplaces, or other such places provided for building a fire. All fires must be attended by a person eighteen years of age or older at all times. Upon abandonment of the fire, it must be completely extinguished. Beware of fire index indicated at front entrance of park.

Music Fest Information

  • ATM’s-There is three ATM’s located on the 4 Bears Casino & Lodge premise. Two are located on the gaming floor inside the casino; the third is located in the C-Store.
  • All ticket purchases must be done in cash the day of the show—no checks or credit cards.
  • Pre-purchased Musicfest tickets can be picked up at the Players Club, located on the gaming floor, prior to June 20, 2008 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Must present photo ID to pick up tickets. Camping passes can be picked up between the same hours prior to the event at Joelle Bearstail office located next to the Players Club. Photo ID’s must be presented in order to pick up camping passes. Starting at Noon on Friday, June 20, 2008 tickets can be picked up only at the Will Call office. Camping packets will be available at front entrance of campgrounds starting Thursday, June 19, 2008 at 10 a.m. Must present photo ID.
  • All ages welcome, however if you are 21 and older and would like to purchase alcohol you must get an ID bracelet (with proof of drivers license/age) at ticket entrance.
  • Alcohol will be served during the Music Fest in designated areas-alcohol can be consumed any where in the arena. No alcoholic beverages may be taken out of the Events Center at any time.
  • No outside food and beverages will be allowed in the Events Center.
  • No audio/video equipment will be allowed in the Events Center.
  • Limited RV camping open. Call Joelle Bearstail at 701-627-7587 to set up RV reservations. The fee is $50 per day.
