Whether it is social or business, 4 Bear’s up-to-date banquet, conference, and reception facilities can offer a perfect solution to fit all your needs. Our professional event staff can offer you a complete selection of every aspect of your event including hotel accommodations, equipment, a wide variety of delicious menu items and much, much, more to make your event a complete success. We offer many room arrangements with our new Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara meeting rooms. They can accommodate up to 70 people each—or if you are looking for something bigger the individual rooms can easily be combined into a banquet room that can hold up to 225 people or our 4 Bears Events Center can hold up to 2000 people. All our banquet/meeting rooms have audio/visual capabilities and Internet access. Video and teleconferencing are available upon request. Screens, flip charts, TV/VCR’s, overhead projectors, and power point equipment are also there for your use. If you should need to order food for your special event, dine on our culinary delights. Our onsite catering has a wide variety of delicious menu options from a breakfast buffet, afternoon snack to a prime rib dinner. You need only relax and enjoy the event. Individual Meeting Room Capacity: 70 People (theatre style seating) 40 People (classroom style seating) $55.00 per day/per room	Alternative Room Options: If you’re looking for something a little smaller try our Event Center Lobby or the A-Frame. Each room has the capacity for 30 people. Ask about availability.
